This notice covers this website only. Each practice handles patient records under its own notice, which you will find on that practice's own website.

Who we are

The Motion Clinic Group Ltd, a clinician-led group founded in Essex that acquires and builds healthcare practices. Company number 16804210, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Co Strivex Ltd, Beacon House, Ibstone Road, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire HP14 3FE. We are the data controller for anything you send through this site. What the forms collect, and why

There are two forms on this site. The "Join us" form asks for your name, email address, an optional phone number, roughly where you are based, and whatever you would like to tell us about yourself. The "Selling your business" form asks for your name, your practice or business name, your email address, your phone number and anything you would like us to know.

We use what you send for one purpose: to read it and reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it with brokers, agencies or anyone else outside the group.

Our lawful basis

For the "Join us" form, our legitimate interest in recruiting clinicians and staff, and, where a role may follow, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For the "Selling your business" form, taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in talking to owners who approach us about a sale.

Where it goes

Your message is sent by email to the directors, Ewan Kannegieter and Sian Thomasson, and is held in that mailbox. It is handled by the directors and, where relevant, by the person leading the conversation with you. It is not stored in a database on this website.

How long we keep it

If nothing further comes of your enquiry, we delete it within 12 months. If a role, a sale or another relationship follows, the information moves into that record and is kept for as long as that relationship needs.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything. Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. If we add analytics later, we will update this notice first.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Email enquiries@themotionclinicgroup.com and we will reply within one month. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
